Cancellation Policy
Credit Card or Debit Card due at time of booking: guest will not be charged until the end of the service. You may also use a different form of payment.
There will be a 50% strict cancellation fee for any service that is canceled within 24 hours by appointment, with 100% service charge if no showed day of appointment.
After the second no show or cancellation, any future appointments will be subject to prior payment before scheduling.
*Appointments will be considered no showed after 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment.
*MUST cancel 24 hours in advance to be eligible to reschedule the appointment.
